Innovative Hockey Skills Presents
2011 Elite Skating Skills & Puck Control School
July 25th to 29th Bob MacQuirrie Recreation Complex
Innovative Hockey Skills, in association with Quantum Speed, are proud to present our fourth annual Elite Power Skating and Stick Handling School to be held at the Bob MacQuirrie Recreation Complex July 25 - 29, 2011.
Check out this great video showing skills you can learn at the camp. Video courtesy of QuantumSpeed.ca
Whether playing forward or defense, hockey has become, and is continually evolving into a skating and skills game. We offer a stick handling and skating development system that concentrates on proper upper body mechanics and lower body weight distribution for better mobility and control of the puck. Practice doesn't make perfect, perfect practice makes permanent!
Our 5 day camp will help you to improve your Power Skating by learning the proper technique to improve speed. The Stick Handling sessions will combine many techniques and skills to improve puck control. Each day will consist of a combination of power skating and stick handling modules. (dependant on group)
